The Heavy Metal Detox Handbook.
Inside: the sources nobody warns you about, the foods that load you the most, the 2-night prep, the 14-day binder protocol, and the lifestyle that keeps the load from coming back.
The rest of the detox library lives in The Underground. Parasites. Mold. Mucoid. The frequency stack. Bi-weekly lives with me. The community asking the questions you can't bring up at dinner.

Heavy metals are toxic conductors that build up in the body. Lead. Aluminum. Mercury. Cadmium. Arsenic.
Different from the minerals you need. Iron, zinc, magnesium, calcium do work and move through. The heavy ones don't. The body tucks them into fat, bone, organs, brain tissue. They sit. They stack over a lifetime.
They mess with mood. Sleep. Dreams. Focus. The patience you have with people you love. The signal you get when you sit quiet.
Mind, body and spirit isn't three departments. It's one system. Clean the body and the rest gets louder. You can't breathwork your way out of a metal burden.
You aren't picking them up from one place. You're picking them up from everywhere.
The sky. Watch the trails on certain days, the ones that fan out and don't dissipate. Atmospheric aluminum and barium have been on the geoengineering table for decades. Look up SRM, SRMGI, the Harvard SCoPEx program. Whatever you believe about why, the soil samples downwind don't lie. It lands in your water, your dirt, your air.
The water. Old lead pipes still in millions of homes. Fluoride added at the plant. Agricultural runoff. Industrial discharge. Filter or distill.
The food. The big one. Pesticides on conventional crops. Metals in the soil pulled up into the plant. Big fish concentrating mercury up the chain. Industrial seed oils carrying whatever the equipment touched.
Your cookware. Aluminum foil. Non-stick pans (PFAS leach). Plastic that touches anything hot.
Your products. Aluminum in conventional deodorant. Lead in cheap lipstick. Aluminum adjuvants in most childhood vaccines. That's not conspiracy, it's on the CDC ingredient list.
Your fillings. Mercury amalgams, especially if you had dental work before 2010. Slowly off-gassing into the body for years.
It's not one source. It's the world.
You're not paranoid. You're paying attention.
Some of the cleanest-looking food on the shelf is the most loaded.
- Dark chocolate. Cadmium and lead. Consumer Reports tested most major brands high in 2023.
- Brown rice. Arsenic concentrates in the bran. White rice has less.
- Tuna, swordfish, mackerel. Mercury. The bigger the fish, the higher the load.
- Conventional spinach and leafy greens. Heavy soil uptake, especially near roads.
- Bone broth from non-organic bones. Lead leaches in the long simmer.
- Wine. Lead from soil and the filtration process.
- Cinnamon. Routinely tested high for lead. Cassia worse than Ceylon.
- Vegetable oils. Canola, sunflower, soybean. The processing carries residue.
- Tap water. Region-dependent. Always test yours.
You can eat "healthy" all day and still be loading. The label says organic. The body says lead.
Heavy metals in your tissue are antennas. They turn your body into a receiver.
5G already shipped. 6G is in the lab. Higher frequency, smaller wavelength, more energy per pulse.
Here's the part most miss. Your microwave runs at 2.4 GHz. So does your WiFi. So does your Bluetooth. You're standing in the path of all three any time you're inside.
If your blood has metal in it, those frequencies don't pass through you the same way. They couple. Metals heat differentially under EMF. Search "dielectric heating" in any physics textbook. The cleaner your body, the less the grid can use you.
You don't have to take the conspiracy version. Metals conduct. Frequency moves through conductors. The body doesn't get a vote on that part.
The move isn't to fight the grid.
It's to keep your body clean so the grid can't use you.
What worked for me may not work for you. I'm not prescribing. I'm telling you what I actually do.
The 2-night reset is the prep. Two nights to empty out, calm the gut, break the daily eating loop. The actual metal work happens after, when the binders start running. Without the prep, the binders work against a body still full of inputs. Do the prep first.
Step one isn't willpower.
It's geography.
I leave my house. Airbnb. Hot spring. Anywhere that isn't the place my body knows. The pattern lives in the walls. You break the loop by breaking the room. I've done this at a magnesium hot spring drinking spring water from a copper cup. You don't need the copper cup. You need the new location.
While I'm there I scramble small habits. Brush teeth with the other hand. Stack a new habit onto an old one with a small reward at the end. The body runs on patterns. Two days of new patterns and the old loop loses its grip.
Then I cut everything.
No food.
No sugars.
No juices or snacks.
No caffeine.
No alcohol or nicotine.
No screens late.
Just water. Spring water if you can get it. Distilled if you can't. A small pinch of hand-scraped or Celtic salt every few hours. Not much. Too much and you'll be on the toilet all day.
If you start to crash hard and you know you won't make it, pure coconut water with no added sugar or preservatives is the emergency rescue. Natural sugar but it's real earth water. Alkaline. Fills you up. Only use it if you have to.
Coming out of the fast on day 3, I reintroduce food slow. Bone broth first. Then raw goat's milk if I have access. Both are gentle on a gut that's been resting, and they start putting minerals back into a body that just emptied out.
Then I start the binders. Daily, for about two weeks. This is where the metals actually move out.
- Spirulina or chlorophyll. Pick one. Both grab metals.
- Edible bentonite clay. Stirred in water. Binds and pulls.
- Raw goat's milk. If you can't source it, sea moss is the backup.
- Coconut water for hydration. No added anything.
- Hand-scraped or Celtic salt. Magnesium and trace minerals.
- Beef liver capsules. After a meal. Rebuild.
PHASE 2 IS ACTION
That's the full cycle. Two nights of prep. Two weeks of clearing. Specific. Repeatable. The protocol I run when I feel the load building.
One cycle is the starter. You run it once and you feel it. Then you run it again the next month if you need to. And the month after that if the load comes back.
Monthly clearing. The body takes this stuff in every single day. You have to be moving it out on a rhythm. Not once when you panic. On a calendar.
The move that lands hardest:
The less you eat, the healthier you'll be.
Three meals a day plus snacks is a marketing campaign. Constant eating means the body never gets to do its repair work. Autophagy, the cellular cleanup the body runs on its own, doesn't really start until you've been fasted 16 to 20 hours. Few go that long. So the cleanup never starts.
One meal a day. Two close together. Skip breakfast. Whatever rhythm you can hold. The longer you're fasted, the more your body is clearing instead of processing.
Eat less. Drink clean. Move daily. Sleep dark. Repeat.
Fasting isn't just a metals tool. It's the entry to everything.
Sobriety starts with a fast. Real healing starts with a fast. Trauma work that lasts starts with a fast. The body has to be empty before the deep stuff can move.
Every protocol I run starts the same way. Pull the inputs. Let the body do what it already knows how to do.
Metals is one chapter. The gateway is always the fast.
That's the handbook. Keep this page. Run it whenever you need to. Tell whoever could use it.
That's enough.
